A very large Group company with interest in Retail and Real Estate. They have 30 Retail locations across the UAE, several Offices, warehouse, vehicles and furnished apartments. The prime issue was creation of the asset register. Secondly they had issues relating the asset movement within various locations. Asset audits were tedious and took months and hence limited to one audit in a year.
Solution : AssetONE was deployed within 1 month with integration with backend ERP. Asset register was created within 2 months for more than 100,000+ assets. The deployment for the entire group was done on single server with user access limited to each group personnel. First year the audit was done twice a year. Today the asset verification is done monthly for locations and full audit quarterly. The Discrepancy and the missing asset reports are available online and within 1 work day.
A reputed University with campuses in couple of emirates had Oracle ERP solution for fixed assets.
